Mr. Mike Itegboje

Chairman, Sura Shopping Complex BOT

Mike Itegboje has worked in both the public and private sectors of Nigeria after National Youth Service in 1980, before retiring to run his company THE KING’S LIMITED in the year 2000.

He was President and chairman of Council of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers from 2010 to 2012.

Member of the pioneer Governing Council of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria from 2013 to 2016

Mike has been a Director of the Board of Bristol Hotel in Kano since May 2018

He was the pioneer Chairman of the Association of Shop Owners in Sura Shopping Complex, between 2005 and 2010 an voluntarily resigned when he was elected the President of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers 2010. He is the current Chairman of the Board of Trustees.

Mike Itegboje is a member and Fellow of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria. He also belongs to some non-professional bodies such as The Gideons International, and Lagos Business School Alumni Association
